Many City residents and businesses are plagued by the billing crisis that was inherited from years of maladministration related to the implementation of a new billing system. The City of Joburg is having a Billing Query Open day on Saturday, 12 August 2017, from 9am at Marks Park in Emmarentia.
If you have a billing query that is still outstanding, please attend this open day to get first hand attention to your query by the Officials responsible for query resolution.
