THE APPOINTMENT OF MR VUYANI JARANA AS CEO OF SAA

In a statement issued today the CEO of SACCI, Mr. Alan Mukoki, said:

SACCI welcomes Mr. Jarana’s appointment, as CEO of SAA, on behalf of our business community, as he is a person with the requisite skills to stabilise and grow the public airline.

He brings to SAA a successful and proven record in the business community – as evidenced by his leadership of one of our biggest cellular network companies in South Africa- charting a strong course for Vodacom at a time when the economy was reaching its weakest point in several years.
