The MultiChoice Innovation Fund is an enterprise development fund which is aimed at empowering qualifying small-medium enterprises in the Information and Communications Technology industry.
Since inception, the fund has invested in over 25 black-owned businesses, investing well over R180 million. Through the Innovation Fund, the MultiChoice Group aims to reinforce its commitment to uplifting and investing in South Africa and communities it operates in.

MULTICHOICE INNOVATION FUND
We’re aware of delays that some entrepreneurs are experiencing as a result of the disruptions caused by the COVID-19 crisis. Attaining documents such as valid tax clearance certificates, B-BBEE affidavits and company registration documents has proven difficult for some entrepreneurs during this lockdown.
To accommodate this, we’re extending the online applications deadline to the 15th of May 2020. This will hopefully allow affected entrepreneurs time to obtain the relevant documentation and be able to apply.
For those who have already applied, this will not affect the timelines of the review processes that are currently underway nor the continued engagements we have been having with entrepreneurs as the process unfolds.
