This is a great opportunity to educate other members of the group about your business and learn about theirs.
We will be joined by Harold Robinson, who is going to tackle the tricky topic of “Meetings”.
People are getting together more frequently with virtual meetings and spending more time in these meetings. But it all comes down to better meeting management so Harold will share some of the guidelines for productive meetings, either virtual or in person!
Harold Robinson is an experienced Business Coach and Management Consultant, specialising in Operations with emphasis on Root Cause Analysis, Maintenance Management and Lean Manufacturing. He is a qualified engineer with a BSc Mechanical Engineering, an MBA from Wits and has been consulting and training for over 30 years. His objective is to help people enjoy their work by using logic and creativity to improve the way they do things!
Jyotika Daya, a Certified Professional Natural Scientist and Sustainability Consultant with will then introduce us to her company, Triplo4 Sustainable Solutions.

This approach allows project facilitators to incorporate all aspects of project management to benefit clients with expertise that is beyond the scope of environmental or social management exclusively.
