Comprehensive Online Employment Equity Workshop

15th August 2023 @ 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

During the workshop you will be able to determine whether your Company:

  • Is a Designated Employer employing 50+ employees (including temporary) and the requirements.
  • Is a Non-Designated Employer employing less than 50 employees (including temporary), whether
    you need a Sections 16B certificate and the requirements.
  • Is a Non-Designated Employer employing less than 50 employees (including temporary), does not
    need a Section 16B certificate and the future deregistration requirements.
    Your investment:
  • R 4 950.00 Ex VAT for the session, including deliverables (via e-mail), unlimited number of
    employees within your Organisation can attend at no additional cost (a link will be sent on receipt
    of your Company details and once we confirm the session to proceed, invoice payable only AFTER
    the online workshop).

Dates:
The following dates are available.
Delegates can attend any or all dates as time fits them, one unique link per Company to be provided,
same discussions on all dates.

  • EECMS believes that the EE Act and EE Forms will be amended on or before 1 August 2023, after which Designated Employers will need to draft and implement a new EAP Analysis and EE Plan.
  • EECMS will host an online EE workshop as per the attached invitation.
  • Should the EE Act be amended and Gazetted on or before 1 August 2023, we will proceed with the online workshop.
  • Should the EE Act not be amended and Gazetted, we will not proceed, but will keep you posted on future events.
