Draft BUSA position for the Nedlac Companies Amendment Bill Task Team: Call for Comment

Nedlac has established a task team within the Trade & Industry Chamber to engage on the draft Companies Amendment Bill. BUSA has assembled a task team to represent BUSA in the task team’s engagements.

Attached is a draft BUSA position to inform the deliberations of the task team following mandating from the economic policy standing committee. In this regard, please submit any comments or inputs to the attached draft position by no later than 2 July 2019.
