The City of Johannesburg’s power entity, City Power, recently launched a mobile application to further enhance engagement with its customers
By registering on the application, City Power customers will be able to log their faults as well as view open faults, load-shedding schedules, planned outages and other related information about power supply in Johannesburg
Customers who want to use the mobile application are advised to download the application from the Google AppStore for Androids or from the Apple iStore for iOS
