At this time, if you have not yet lodged any disputes relating to incorrect rating categorizations or valuations on the 2013 General Valuation Roll (or any of the supplementary rolls thereto) you may be precluded from pursuing such disputes indefinitely.
Please ensure that any such disputes are formally raised by way of a section 78 query/objection or in terms of an objection/appeal/section 78(5) “review” before then.
