RCCI ON A PATH TO
RESUSCITATION AND GROWTH

RCCI Staff

Chambers of Commerce and Industry are member-based institutions that foremostly intend to assist their registered business members to increase revenue cashflow. This is done through policy advocacy, hosting networking sessions between members and aspiring members, training, incubations, funding and sponsorship. The RCCI is thus focused on the Randburg regional economic community for the purpose of supporting its membership growth and regional economic activity.

The Randburg region is attractive as a crucial economy center which serves as a gateway to Sandton, Fourways, North Riding industrial areas and Johannesburg markets. RCCI as a member of the South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SACCI) the apex chamber body of South Africa, provides access to well-established infrastructure, which facilitates the transportation of commuters, customers and service providers into these markets. In fact, many companies with a footprint in the entire South Africa are based in Randburg and its surrounding economic centers. Randburg thus acts as a springboard for businesses to expand to the rest of the country.

Randburg Chamber of Commerce & Industry’s primary objective is to create an environment in Randburg in which businesses can flourish, promote members interests towards attracting investment, offer quality service & governance. RCCI also promotes high standards of business ethics amongst its members to fundamentally compete within a healthy private enterprise system.

Under its new leadership and operational team the first half of 2025 has RCCI on a path of resuscitation and growth. The highlight of the activity has seen new corporate partnership developed with Dynamic Alliance for Events and Meeting (DAEM-llc) A United Arab Emirates based company that will create a path-way for RCCI members to take their products and service abroad. Other partnerships include Advanced Assessment and Training (AAT), SA Corp and Funding Fridays.

The RCCI path to growth is substantial and rich in positive impact because the growth of the chamber benefits its members holistically. In the medium term RCCI intends to exploit its proximity to media business such as NEWS24 that resides directly opposite its premises in Oak Avenue Randburg, Multichoice, FNB, The Department of Economic Development, and Joburg City Council at large. These relationships will allow our members to gain access to media platforms, programmes of the City of Johannesburg through sustainable Public Private Partnerships aimed at revitalizing Randburg, Policy development and Contract Financing with intended Banking relationships.
