We’re holding our AGM for the years ended 31 July 2024 and 31 July 2025. Mark the date!

When: Thursday, 25 June 2026, 15h00 – 17h00
Where: Apollo Hotel, 158 Bram Fischer Drive, Ferndale, Randburg

Who can attend?
Paid-up Members in Good Standing can attend, speak, and vote. Please bring a valid form of ID, as the Chairman will need to verify all attendees at the door.

Voting is by show of hands, with one vote per member (not per person).

Can’t make it in person? You can appoint a proxy to attend, speak, and vote on your behalf. Download the proxy form below.

On the agenda:

1. The Board of Directors’ annual report
2. Annual financial statements for the years ended 31 July 2024 and 31 July 2025, together with the accountant’s report (these will be available at the Chamber offices 10 days before the AGM)
3. The President’s report on the Chamber’s activities over the past year
4. Nominations and voting for vacancies on the Board of Directors
5. Confirming the Board (President, Vice President, and additional directors) for the term 1 August 2026 to 31 July 2028
6. The newly elected President’s vision for the year(s) ahead
7. Appointment of the accountant from 1 August 2026
8. General matters
