From our previous incarnation as “Worker’s Health”, to our new form as “Black Renaissance”, we continued to strive for , represent and align with the interests of the working class and their stakeholders.

We aim to give hope to the masses; our people and our constituency by growing the Asset base long-term and creating a sustainable income stream for our stakeholders and partners. We invest on behalf of the labour constituency but partner with different parties, targeting and investing in high impact and strategic sectors, ecosystems and value chains.

We focus on projects/ transactions within the borders of South Africa although we consider continental and global participations; and align our strategy to South African Government narrative / policy and directive. Utilizing conventional investment and business principles in all processes, we align our strategy to ensure sustainable employment and job creation.

Our shareholders include Management and Black Business, while our indirect beneficiaries include Veterans, Co-operatives, Rural Communities, Women, Youth and Black Business.
