He carried out several actions to strengthen cooperation between Morocco and African countriesHe’s consellor in public policies and national or sectorial strategies for many African governments at the highest level. David Ofosu-Dorte

David Ofosu-Dorte is the senior partner of AB & David Africa, a pan-Africa business law firm with offices in 5 countries and a network of firms in a total of 23 African countries. His experience cuts across project finance, the power sector, public policy reform and public-private partnerships (PPPs) and lead adviser in numerous infrastructure transactions. In addition to law, David also holds Master’s degrees in Public Administration and in Applied Business Research, and is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport (UK). David is a member of the Governing Council of the Association of Ghana Industries. Between 2013 and 2014, David also had the distinction to serve as a committee member of the National Competitiveness Council of Nigeria (NCCN) as a non-Nigerian member. He is also an executive of the not-for-profit AfroChampions organisation which has spearheaded the several Pan-African private sector initiatives on continental integration.

She is a doctoral researcher and course convener at the University of Cape Town (UCT) specializing in Chinese Law and African Investments. She holds and LLM in Chinese Business Law and has training in Chinese business and economies. As a China Chief Representative she facilitated strategic partnerships between Chinese business and African projects. She provides research and advisory services in Chinese business and law offering practical assistance to assist enterprises navigate the China business environment. It requires a bespoke strategy developed for China, a thorough understanding of the market and regulations, the right contacts and commitment to doing business the Chinese way. Lefifi provides thought leadership and strategic advice to African companies ,governments, universities and international think tank on strategic risks and opportunities in China.
Cornelis Van der Waal

Cornelis holds an MBA qualification that he completed in 2005 from the Stellenbosch Business School in South Africa. He also holds an undergraduate degree in Industrial Relations. He has gained 15 years management consulting and market research experience working across a number of sectors including energy, environment, financial services, manufacturing, automotive, telecoms and public sector. Since 2017 he has been in the employ of Wesgro, the Western Cape (South Africa) provincial promotion agency for investment, trade, film and tourism as the Chief Research Officer. He leads a team of economists and tourism specialists analysing global and local policy and trends to identify potential opportunity to grow the local economy and increase employment. He has a passion for finding ways to lead communities out of poverty and into sustainable employment through policy development, public-private-partnership as well as education advancement.
