Randburg Precinct Management District

The Randburg Precinct Management District (RPMD) is a section 21 company, established as an inner-city improvement entity, tasked with creating a safe and clean inner city, to make the business environment both vibrant and attractive.

The RPMD values are rights based, inclusive, believing in the dignity of people, giving agency to tenants and property owners alike, respect, and promoting shared values, all underpinned with good corporate governance.

RPMD is committed to accountability and transparency, and will be audited by external auditors whose reports will be available to the public as required by South African law. The public will also be invited to attend planned meetings throughout the year for engagement and clarification on how RPMD is run.
