I am unsure of the time period in which you have to comment on the application(s) and suggest that you discuss same with the Registration Department as per the below. It is suggested that if you need further information you visit the property to ascertain if the town planning sign is still affixed to the property boundary.

Town Planning Applications, as received
- Erf 1976, Ferndale. 295 Surrey Avenue. Rezoning from “Special” for Offices to “Special 3 for offices and/or residential buildings”, proposed 371 dwelling units on the erf.
- Erf 183, Blairgowrie. 9 Loots Road. Property is currently vacant. Rezoning from “Residential 1” with a density of one dwelling per erf to “Residential 1” with a density of one dwelling per 500m2. A subdivision application will be lodged following the successful rezoning of the property.
Ward 102, a vibrant Ward with a variety of sports and recreation facilities, a Central Business District, mixed residential/business nodes and encompasses mainly suburbs within the Randburg area namely, Blairgowrie (part of), Bordeaux, Ferndale (part of), President Ridge, Willowild, Hurlingham Manor, Bryanston (part), Fontainebleau, Moret, Malanshof, Ruiterhof and the Randburg CBD.
